The floor plan of the striking building evokes the shape of the human eye, which is why the building was given the catchy name DAS AUGE (THE EYE). The Darmstadt-based architects Dierks Blume Nasedy have designed an exciting atrium concept, with a central courtyard opening up to the sky.

On the south west side of the building, the three-story high open access to the central atrium is an architectural highlight with a certain “wow” effect. The façades only close from the third floor upwards. The two-storey entrance hall with reception also makes a great impression and connects the inviting external areas with the inner life of the office building. The floor-to-ceiling windows ensure uninterrupted views.
